  • What is Cohost Bar?
    We are a bar service company that provides everything needed to have an amazing bar at your next event. Alcohol, Mixers, Fruit, Ice, Glassware or Disposable Cups, and everything in between.
  • What kinds of events do you do?
    All of them! Weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, engagement parties, tailgates, graduations - any event where you need the perfect drinks!
  • Can I provide my own alcohol?  
    Yes, bringing your own alcohol is an option. The reason people choose us to provide the alcohol is a mix of convenience and time saving.
  • I have a friend that is a bartender; can she bartend with your staff?
    No, we require our staff to be the only bartenders. Additionally, we find that the best place for friends/family are with you and your guests celebrating.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Deep Ellum. We travel up to 75 miles outside of our headquarters.
  • How much will everything cost?
    Event prices depend on multiple factors like type of provided services, number of guests, event length, and more. Click HERE to tell us about your event so you can get a quote.
  • I need bar services but also a few rentals, can you help with that too?
    Yes we provide rentals in addition to the glassware and bars needed for bar service. Check out our rental website HERE to look through our collection.
  • Will I be able to keep the liquor that was not consumed during the event?
    Our bar packages are based on rate per person per hour. The liquor is supplied in excess and will be picked up at the conclusion of the event.
  • What if my event runs longer than the agreed hours?
    We try to accommodate any changes or client requests if the staff is available and willing to stay. Client will be billed for the additional hours on the bar package and staff at 1.5x the hourly rates.
  • What will the staff wear?
    We have two uniform options: black Cohost short sleeve polos, black slacks, black shoes (required during certain temperatures and outdoor events) long sleeve black button down shirts, black slacks, black shoes
  • Will the bartenders clean after the event?
    Bartenders will assist with event breakdown restoring the area used back to its original condition, returning furniture if moved, and emptying bar trash. The bartenders will not have cleaning products and will not be responsible for things such as mopping, sweeping, etc.
  • Is gratuity included in the package prices?
    Gratuity is not included in any of the packages. We consider gratuity to be a reward for exceptional service. You will have an opportunity to add gratuity when you pay your balance or you can give your staff cash on-site. If you need desired gratuity added to your invoice for expensing purposes, we can make adjustments.
